About Me
Aline Noizet is a connector by heart! Very active actor in the health and innovation sector with a strong international network, she is on top of the latest digital health trends and technologies. She is very people focused and has a natural talent to not only connect people but also nurture the relationships she creates.
With more than 10 years working in the digital health space, Aline has been supporting more than 600 startups and corporations over the years and has acquired strong international experience working with and for startups, investors, pharmaceuticals, payers, medtech, patient associations, regulators etc

She helps innovators to:
> clarify and improve the basics (business model, value proposition, branding, pitch deck, pitch training)
> connect with potential clients to generate business & with investors to raise money
Aline also works with corporations to:
> define and implement their digital transformation strategy
> find the innovative companies that best fit their needs and choose the right business model
> inspire them with the latest trends and innovations in healthcare
Aline believes in the power of innovation coming from startups to revolutionize healthcare, improve patient’s lives and support healthcare professionals. She accelerates their impact and time to market.
For the past 10 years, Aline has been organizing more than 200 conferences, events, meetups and webinars from design, content, speakers’ recruitment and management to moderation and full production. Consequently, she has a great overview of the most valuable local and international conferences to attend. She is often on stage either speaking, moderating or judging. She is also hosting interviews on TWIDH podcast and is one of the panelists on The Healthusiasm monthly podcast discussing the latest news in the healthcare space.
Today, Aline is fully dedicated to Digital Health Connector and is part of nina capital team, a pan European venture capital firm investing in healthtech.

> Program Manager/Chief Connector for Bayer G4A (Grants4Apps) Accelerator programs in Barcelona, United States and Berlin
> Business Development Director Europe for Health 2.0, a company showcasing the latest innovations in healthcare
> Partner of eHealth Hub, an EU project, supporting digital health SMEs
> Chief International Officer at Barcelona Health Hub as well as Executive Producer of all the online and offline events

Aline also co-founded Digital Health Innovators Barcelona, a local community bringing together the actors of the digital health ecosystem and she has been collaborating for many years with institutions like Frontiers Health, EIT Health, GIANT, SXSW, Medica and Vision Health Pioneers.

Aline holds a Master of Arts (English literature and civilisation) from Lyon 3 University (France) and a MBA (Master of Business Administration) from ESADE (Spain). She loves traveling, discovering new cultures and is addicted to Zumba and Pilates.
